I am multi-skilled Broadcaster, Journalist, Radio Station Manager and Project Manager with over 30 years experience in local commercial and community radio stations in Ireland and UK.
As Station Manager at Northants 96 and Northants Radio Supergold, Terry increased audience figures on both services. Combined service audience figures increased from 22% to 28% Reach, and 17.1% to 19.2% Market Share. He also presented regular daytime shows on Northants 96 (mid-morning) and The Breakfast show on Supergold. Following the acquisition of the Chiltern Network by GWR, he continued as Programme Controller, and oversaw the successful relocation of the station to new premises in the centre of Northampton.
Terry provided and managed six hours of programming to the GWR network and news content to IRN during the weekend of the funeral of Diana, Princess of Wales. This included provision and mana of reporters and studio facilities for use by IRN across the UK commercial radio network, and the use of local presenters and reporters for network programming across 29 GWR radio stations.
Terry presented the Drive Show on weekdays at KCBC and the Breakfast Show on Saturday from 1990 to 1992. He was appointed Weekday Breakfast Show presenter in 1992 and remained in that position until 1994.
He moved to Peterborough to present the mid-morning show on Hereward FM for a year before moving to Northants 96 to take up the role of Station Manager.

Terry was one of the highest revenue earners at Northants 96 from April 1988 to February 1990 exceeding monthly sales targets which averaged £20K per month.
In a dual Sales and Presentation role he contributed to the successful launch of KCBC in Kettering, Northants while contributing to achieving pre launch sales of £20K by April 1990.
Terry continued to contribute to the financial success of the station by building and managing a successful Commercial Production Department
